Someone is bothering me
- Report — Tap Report next to a note, intro, answer, line or reply, press and hold a hangout message and tap Report, or tap the flag in someone's room to report the person. Choose a reason. You can block them at the same time
- Block — Blocking someone hides your hangout messages, characters and daily lines from each other, and you stop getting notifications because of them. Manage blocked people in Me → Blocked people
- Remove a friend — In Friends, tap Remove friend under the person
Every report comes straight to us and we act on it within 24 hours. See the community rules in our Terms of Use.
Adding friends
Tap Add friends in the Friends tab. Show your QR code, scan a friend's, share an invite link, or type their 6-letter connect code.
Cookies
Cookies are earned in Popby — from the first-day guide, daily things like the daily question, and doing things with friends. They cannot be bought with money. Souvenirs are only made by doing things together with friends.
Notifications
Popby only sends good news, like a friend stopping by or watering your plant, and at most a few a day. Turn them on or off in Me → Notifications or in your phone's settings.
Deleting your account
Me → Delete account. See Account Deletion for what is deleted.
